格隆汇12月18日｜美国联邦贸易委员会(FTC)周二公布，食品配送公司Grubhub将支付2500万美元，以和解其涉嫌损害顾客、员工和小型企业的非法行为的诉讼。诉讼称，Grubhub在送货费用方面欺骗顾客，并阻止他们的帐户访问；还欺骗员工，告诉他们送餐能赚多少，并在未经员工许可的情况下在其平台上列出餐厅。作为和解协议的一部分，Grubhub将停止额外增加通常被贴上服务费或小订单费标签的额外费用，停止在平台上列出非附属餐厅，提高司机收入的透明度，通知顾客帐户已被封锁并提供更简单的方法来取消会员资格。
