　　华晨中国公布经修订股息政策，据此，在决定是否建议派发股息及在厘定股息额时，视乎华晨宝马汽车于相关财政年度已派付之现金股息，将考虑因素还包括：集团整体经营业绩及财务表现；及预期营运资金需求、资本开支需求及未来发展计划等。倘决定建议派发股息，目标为分派相关财政年度之除税后溢利不少于50%。
