格隆汇12月18日｜网络安全公司CrowdStrike称，达美航空就今年7月因该公司网络安全中断导致航班取消和乘客滞留而索取IT中断赔偿，是试图避开两间公司之间的合约。CrowdStrike和达美航空之间的协议包括一项限制CrowdStrike责任和损害赔偿上限的条款，CrowdStrike指出，美国乔治亚州法律禁止达美航空将违约行为转化为侵权索赔。达美航空此前声称，7月时CrowdStrike网络安全中断给该公司造成超过5亿美元的损失，包括航班取消、退款和乘客住宿。
