【京东领衔捷信消金重组 消金行业再添劲旅】金十数据12月20日讯，天津银行香港联交所发布公告，天津银行将与广州晶东贸易有限公司、网银在线(北京)商务服务有限公司等多家企业参与捷信消费金融有限公司重组。记者注意到，广州晶东贸易有限公司、网银在线(北京)商务服务有限公司为京东集团旗下主体企业，以上两家公司合计将持有捷信消费金融65%的股份。对此，京东集团回应称，在天津市政府和监管机构指导下，我们将与中国对外经济贸易信托有限公司、天津经济技术开发区国有资产经营有限公司、天津银行股份有限公司、Home Credit N.V(捷信集团)有序参与捷信消费金融有限公司重组，为消费者创造更美好的消费体验。
