智通财经APP获悉，华晨中国(01114)高开逾8%，截至发稿，涨8.86%，报3.81港元，成交额1543.05万港元。
消息面上，华晨中国公布经修订股息政策，据此，在决定是否建议派发股息及在厘定股息额时，视乎华晨宝马汽车于相关财政年度已派付之现金股息，将考虑因素还包括：集团整体经营业绩及财务表现；及预期营运资金需求、资本开支需求及未来发展计划等。倘决定建议派发股息，目标为分派相关财政年度之除税后溢利不少于50%。
花旗此前研报曾指出，考虑到公司目前强劲的现金结余，该行料其未来一年派息约30亿人民币，相当于每股派息65港仙，另预期公司明年每股摊薄盈利67.2分人民币，以预测明年6倍市盈率计，相当于约每股4.35港元。重申华晨中国“买入”评级，认为即使华晨在计入宝马盈利多年下滑的因素，其风险回报仍具吸引力，目标价由4.42港元上调至5港元。
