北京首都机场股份与母公司签订三年安检设备租赁合同
财中社12月17日电北京首都机场股份（00694）发布公告称，2024年12月17日，公司与母公司签订了安检设备租赁框架合同，合同期限为三年，至2027年12月16日止。根据该合同，公司作为承租人，将向母公司租赁用于北京首都机场安检的设备，包括双视角手提行李X光机、金属探测门等。此次交易被认定为持续关联交易，因母公司持有公司约58.96%的已发行股本。
根据国际财务报告准则第16号，合同项下的租赁交易需设定年度上限，年度上限的最高适用百分比高于0.1%但低于5%。预计年度上限为：2024年381万元，2025年3302万元，2026年3202万元，2027年2588万元。公司将根据合同规定，按正常商业条款支付租赁费用，并将遵守上市规则相关规定。此举旨在提升机场的安全运行保障能力，确保运营的稳定性。
