智通财经APP获悉，据知情人士透露，Stellantis(STLA.US)周二将向意大利政府提交一项长期生产计划，作为该计划的一部分，该公司将向其一家意大利工厂分配一款新的大众市场车型。
意大利工业部长Adolfo Urso将于当地时间下午1点在罗马主持与该汽车制造商、供应商和工会的会议，以达成一项协议，重振意大利汽车生产。
消息人士称，新车型要么在意大利南部那不勒斯附近的Pomigliano d'Arco工厂生产，要么在罗马南部卡西诺的一家工厂生产。
据了解，由于预计未来几年全电动汽车仍将少量生产，该计划还将包括由Stellantis在意大利生产更多混合动力车型。
Stellantis与意大利右翼政府之间的关系在本月Stellantis首席执行官卡洛斯·塔瓦雷斯(Carlos Tavares)突然辞职后迅速改善。
意大利政界人士一再指责塔瓦雷斯忽视该国历史悠久的生产基地，并将菲亚特(Fiat)和阿尔法罗密欧(Alfa Romeo)新款车型的生产转移到国外。
