智通财经APP讯，大唐发电(00991)发布公告，大唐黑龙江发电有限公司(“黑龙江公司”)于2024年12月18日分别与中国工商银行股份有限公司鸡西永昌支行、上海浦东发展银行股份有限公司哈尔滨分行、大唐商业保理有限公司签署了《保证合同》或《最高额保证合同》(统称为“保证合同”)，黑龙江公司对鸡西热电公司向以上三家机构合计申请2.04亿元的借款提供连带责任保证，本次担保金额不超过1.99亿元，提供担保占贷款总额比例不超过股比97.38%。
黑龙江公司于2024年12月18日与上海浦东发展银行股份有限公司哈尔滨分行签署了《保证合同》，黑龙江公司对双鸭山热电公司向浦东发展银行所申请0.5亿元的借款提供连带责任保证，本次担保金额不超过0.48亿元，提供担保占贷款总额比例不超过股比96.37%。
大唐鸡西热电有限责任公司(“鸡西热电公司”)、大唐双鸭山热电有限责任公司(“双鸭山热电公司”)，为大唐国际发电股份有限公司(“公司”或“本公司”)控股子公司。
本次担保金额合计不超过2.47亿元(人民币，下同);截止本公告日，公司实际为鸡西热电公司提供的担保余额为0亿元、公司实际为双鸭山热电公司提供的担保余额为0.53亿元。
