【专家：取消公摊是明年重要工作】金十数据12月18日讯，12月17日，河北张家口市发布政策，鼓励实行“现房销售”，逐步推进“取消公摊”；此前湖南省衡阳市明确商品房销售实行套内建筑面积计价，目前多地“取消公摊”开始落地。上海易居房地产研究院副院长严跃进表示，这几年关于公摊的批评就是得房率太低了，导致买房权益受到影响。政策接连出台说明取消公摊是2025年的一项重要工作，100平方米的房子得房率可能达到100%，有助于提高购房品质、买房信心，增强购房积极性。
