消息面上，联交所最新资料显示，12月12日，FIL Limited增持思考乐教育597.6万股，每股作价5.05港元，总金额为3017.88万港元。增持后最新持股数目为4432.7万股，最新持股比例为7.85%。
光大证券研报指出，随着行业出清，行业竞争格局改善，龙头盈利情况逐步恢复（格局优化下龙头网点利用率和教师排课率逐渐提升)，行业至暗时刻已过。24年龙头企业收入较快增长和利润率改善的确定性较高，后续仍需继续关注政策走向。
