新地旗下十二大商场加码逾20%推广费用 料圣诞黄金档期生意额按年升12%

新地(00016.HK) 旗下十二大商场(东港城、上水广场、北角汇、将军澳中心、Mikiki、PopWalk天晋汇、卓尔广场、锦荟坊、荃锦中心、新领域广场、life@KCC 及 joy@KCC)于今个圣诞将投放更多资源,推广费用按年增达两成,分别推出多项节日主题装饰、消费奖赏及主题换领活动,从而带动区内区外市民及游客到访,预计集团旗下十二大商场圣诞黄金档期人流将较去年同期有双位数的升幅,当中以餐饮、美妆、珠宝及家电最为受惠。
新鸿基地产(销售及租赁)代理有限公司董事钟秀莲表示,圣诞佳节渐近,市民外出消费意欲明显逐步提升,市道气氛畅旺,并以餐饮业最为明显。集团旗下商场多间餐厅的冬至及圣诞节订座率现时已经达到85%至90%,无论中式酒楼或西式餐厅都接到多张大台订单,相信稍后接近圣诞节时订座率会逐步增加。至于其他零售或钟表珠宝商户,亦因为圣诞送礼因素,生意明显较增加。另一方面,12月初内地政府恢复深圳居民“一签多行”,让当地居民更加方便访港,旗下商场的餐饮及零售租户亦明显受惠,因此预计圣诞黄金档期旗下十二大商场的人流及生意额将较去年增加10%及12%。

她又指,今年圣诞及农历新年相隔只有约一个月,圣诞过后市民将忙于办年货,预计踏入1月份后市民消费情绪将会维持高涨,商场新春市道人流及消费市道将会继续保持畅旺。(sl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2024-12-17 12:25。)
