智通财经APP获悉，商汤-W(00020)早盘涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.97%，报1.57港元，成交额4.62亿港元。
消息面上，商汤发布公告，完成根据一般授权配售新B类股份。配售事项的所得款项净额约为27.87亿港元。公司拟将有关所得款项净额主要用于支持公司的核心业务发展，包括打造行业领先的AI云、提升公司业界性能领先的商汤大装置的规模、支持生成式人工智能(包括大模型研究及产品开发)的进一步发展，并用作公司的一般营运资金。
值得注意的是，本月初商汤宣布已经完成一项战略组织架构重组，该重组是公司对战略方向与核心领域的重新定位，以更好地应对AI2.0时代所带来的机遇与挑战。海通证券指出，此次公司完成组织战略重组，建立了“1+X”架构，提升了公司的运作效率，使得公司整体发展目标更加聚焦于生成式AI，让公司能够在AI时代的竞争中更加突出，还通过生态企业矩阵拓展了多元化的业务领域，并与公司形成有效协同，拓展更大的发展空间。
