智通财经APP讯，橙天嘉禾(01132)公布，于2024年12月20日，该公司全资附属橙天嘉禾娱乐有限公司拟向Majestic Dragon International Limited出售OSGH 360及OSGH Investment已发行股本总额的100%，代价为270万港元。预期该公司将录得出售事项收益约3.5万港元。
据悉，目标公司集团于中国苏州及西安从事经营360剧院表演项目，即苏州项目及西安项目。其目前于苏州经营一个360剧院项目。该等项目的360剧院配备先进的旋转观众席及可伸展至180度的投影屏幕，为观众营造全景式的观赏体验。表演亦以现场表演形式展示传统的中国本土故事，为观众带来非凡的戏剧体验。
