12月20日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局山西监管局行政处罚信息公开表显示，中国民生银行股份有限公司太原平阳路支行因贷前调查不尽职，被罚款50万元。

　　郭丽华（时任中国民生银行股份有限公司太原平阳路支行行长助理）对中国民生银行股份有限公司太原平阳路支行贷前调查不尽职事项负有责任，被禁止6年从事银行业工作。

　　戈进来（时任中国民生银行股份有限公司太原平阳路支行行长）对中国民生银行股份有限公司太原平阳路支行贷前调查不尽职事项负有责任，被警告。
