【本田和日产据悉将开始合并谈判】金十数据12月18日讯，据日经新闻报道，日本汽车制造商日产和本田计划就合并事宜进行谈判，以更好地在全球汽车行业快速变化的情况下展开竞争。此外，三菱汽车也有可能加入合并谈判。据悉，本田与日产正在考虑通过设立一家控股公司进行运营，并将很快签署一份谅解备忘录。此外，两家公司还计划最终将三菱汽车纳入控股公司旗下。日产目前是三菱汽车的最大股东，持有24%的股份。日产和本田是仅次于丰田的日本第三和第二大汽车制造商，它们在主要市场的份额一直在下降。日产、本田以及三菱合并后的汽车年销量将超过800万辆，这将使新公司跻身全球最大的汽车制造商之列，但仍低于丰田汽车（2023年销量为1120万辆）和德国汽车制造商大众汽车（2023年销量为920万辆）。
