【中国中车：子公司认购3亿元基金份额】金十数据12月17日讯，中国中车公告，旗下全资子公司中车资本管理有限公司以自有或自筹资金认购中科科技成果转化创业投资基金合伙企业份额，认缴出资总额为3亿元。该基金总认缴出资额预计为30.03亿元。本次投资旨在创新投资模式，推进产业与研究的有效融合，加快培育战略新兴产业。此项投资不需要提交董事会和股东大会审议批准，亦不涉及关联交易及重大资产重组。此次投资对公司本年度业绩无重大影响。
