Singapore Paincare (SGX:FRQ) extended its tenancy agreement for its Novena clinic premises with Medbridge Marketing, owned by executive chairman Bernard Lee, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The one-year extension from Feb. 1, 2025, will cost SG$297,600, aligning with an independent valuation.
The lease does not require shareholder approval. The clinic's continuity at its current location is intended to preserve its patient base and streamline operations.
The total value of transactions with Lee and his associates for FY25 now stands at SG$608,400.
