智通财经APP讯，龙升集团控股(06829)公布，于2024年11月1日，公司一间非全资附属龙升汽车服务有限公司与一间汽车贸易商订立一份非独家电动的士经销及服务协议;及于2024年12月18日，龙升新能源控股有限公司(公司一间非全资附属公司)与一间流动能源解决方案供应商就有关推广电池更换生态系统的合作订立不具法律约束力的合作备忘录。
根据经销协议，龙升汽车服务已同意与汽车贸易商合作，以非独家基准经销纯电动小型行政轿车(包括充电型号及电池更换型号)，连同其部件予香港的士行业。
根据合作备忘录，龙升新能源控股拟与流动能源解决方案供应商合作，以推广新能源领域的电池更换合作;建立及改善电池更换服务网络;探索电池更换市场的未来趋势;及为电池订阅服务作出贡献。
鉴于电动的士的庞大商机及香港严重缺乏高效率的公共充电设施及基础建设，董事会认为，与汽车贸易商签订经销协议及与流动能源解决方案供应商订立合作备忘录乃与集团策略一致，积极寻求新商机及探讨扩展其地域覆盖范围至香港市场以外的方案，以增强集团未来发展及巩固集团收入基础。
