金吾财讯 | 本田汽车(HMC)盘前延续日前升势，暂涨2.53%，报27.61美元。12月23日，本田汽车与日产汽车(NSANY)官方发布消息，二者就启动经营统合谈判达成一致。双方预计将于2026年8月成立控股公司，并将现有的本田与日产品牌纳入控股公司旗下，成为两家子公司。同时，日产为最大股东的三菱汽车将于2025年1月底之前决定是否加入。穆迪评级认为，拟议的业务整合总体上对两家日本汽车制造商的信用质量有利，但对本田而言尤其具有风险。穆迪副总裁兼高级分析师 Dean Enjo 发文称，通过整合扩大规模将带来更高的信用质量，尤其是对于日产而言，日产的债务指标明显低于这两家公司。而且，交易将允许两家汽车制造商分担研发成本。Enjo 写道，与摩托车业务相比，本田汽车业务的利润率较低，这使其在吸收日产亏损的汽车业务方面缺乏灵活性。
