消息称大众汽车管理层面临降薪：奖金削减致未来两年减薪10%
IT之家 12 月 23 日消息，据《南德意志报》（Sueddeutsche Zeitung）报道，在德国汽车制造商大众与工会达成裁员和缩减产量的协议后，大众汽车管理层的奖金将减少，导致未来两年面临 10% 的降薪。
报道称，此次奖金削减将适用于五月份发放的奖金，并导致 4000 名管理人员在 2025 年和 2026 年面临 10% 的降薪。此外，在接下来的三年里，他们的薪酬还将分别下降 8%、6% 和 5%。
针对该报道，大众汽车发言人拒绝置评。
