贝康医疗与菁华医疗签署五年战略合作协议
财中社12月24日电贝康医疗-B（02170）发布公告，宣布与上海菁华医疗管理股份有限公司签订了一项为期五年的战略合作协议。该协议自2024年12月24日起生效，旨在为菁华医疗提供基于人工智能的一站式多场景解决方案，涵盖男科检测、胚胎培养、冷藏存储及复杂遗传病诊疗等领域，以打造国际一流水准的辅助生殖标杆中心。
根据协议，菁华医疗将优先采购公司的产品，并将获得公司的咨询服务，共同建设标准化的生殖遗传门诊及高水平遗传实验室。此外，双方还将基于公司的智慧辅助生殖管理系统（iARMS）合作，打造一个集自动化遗传检测、智能化男科检测、智能化胚胎培养及存储、全生育管理周期管理平台为一体的智能生殖遗传中心。董事会认为，此次战略合作将帮助公司拓展直接销售渠道，符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
