香港宽频(01310.HK) 宣布，与十一间国际、区域及本地主要银行签署其首笔52.5亿元的银团可持续发展挂钩贷款协议(SLL贷款)，该贷款依据香港宽频的可持续发展挂钩融资框架进行。该贷款包含增强条款及绿鞋机制，允许香港宽频在未来扩大贷款金额。SLL贷款的收益将用于重新融资公司的未偿贷款。
该贷款引入一项与预定的可持续发展绩效目标(SPTs)挂钩的利率调整机制，使香港宽频在成功达成指定关键绩效指标(KPIs)时，可享有降低的借贷成本。
香港宽频已委托惠誉常青(Sustainable Fitch)对框架提供第二方意见(SPO)，并对其给予“良好”的整体评级。该SPO确认框架符合贷款市场协会、银团与贷款交易协会及亚太区贷款市场公会提出的《可持续发展挂钩贷款原则》。
SLL贷款由中银香港、法国巴黎银行、国泰世华商业银行香港分行、东方汇理银行香港分行、星展银行有限公司、ING BANK N.V.香港分行及东亚银行作为授权牵头安排行、账簿管理人及主承销商，并由富邦香港、法国外贸银行香港分行、上海浦东发展银行股份有限公司香港分行、台北富邦商业银行股份有限公司参与。东方汇理银行香港分行及ING BANK N.V.香港分行担任联席可持续发展协调人，罗斯柴尔德恩可则为香港宽频提供财务顾问服务。(sl/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2024-12-23 16:25。)
