财中社12月23日电招商局港口（00144）发布公告，主要涉及与招商国科、欧亚及中国外运长航的多个持续关联交易协议。公告中提到，招商局港口与招商国科签订的2025年综合服务框架协议，将自2025年1月1日起生效，为期三年，年度服务费上限设定为3亿元（约3.33亿港元）。该协议的年度上限超出0.1%但低于5%，因此获得豁免遵守相关上市规则的要求。
此外，招商货柜与欧亚签订的2025年合作协议，将租赁一幅68万平方米的土地用于集装箱业务，租金年度上限为1650万港元。此交易同样超出0.1%但低于5%，因此获得豁免。关于招商局港口大厦的租赁协议，金域融泰与多个承租人签订的2025年租赁协议，年度租金收入上限设定为1773万元（约1970万港元），也符合最低豁免标准。
针对2025年中国外运服务框架协议，本公司与中国外运长航的年度服务费上限设定为7800万元（约8667万港元），并将逐年增加。该协议也因其年度上限超出0.1%但低于5%，而获得豁免遵守相关上市规则的要求。公告强调了这些交易对本集团港口及相关业务的持续重要性，并为其可持续增长提供支持。
