消息面上，基石药业今日宣布，公司用于治疗多种实体瘤的管线2.0重磅产品CS2009（PD-1/VEGF/CTLA-4三特异性抗体）已在澳大利亚递交临床试验申请。该研究也已于Clinicaltrials.gov网站登记（登记号：NCT06741644）并公示。基石药业计划于2025年初首先在澳洲启动CS2009的全球多中心、首次人体研究，未来将陆续扩展至中国及美国。
基石药业已在第39届癌症免疫治疗学会（SITC）年会上公布了CS2009的临床前数据。临床前数据显示，CS2009具有明显优于潜在竞品的抗肿瘤活性，有望覆盖广泛瘤种、包括非小细胞肺癌，卵巢癌，肾细胞癌，宫颈癌，肝癌，胃癌等，成为同类首创/同类最优的下一代肿瘤免疫骨架产品。
