越秀交通基建签署三年物业管理协议 最高年度上限1276万元
财中社12月24日电越秀交通基建（01052）发布公告，宣布与越秀服务签署了2024年物业管理及商业运营服务框架协议。该协议的有效期自2025年1月1日至2027年12月31日，为期三年。根据协议，年度上限分别为1182万元、1228万元及1276万元。此举旨在简化未来的持续关联交易管理，满足公司不断增长的业务需求。
公告指出，基于公司与越秀服务之间的持续关联关系，该交易被视为持续关联交易。由于年度上限的最高适用百分比率超过0.1%但低于5%，因此本协议需遵守上市规则的相关申报、年度审阅及公告规定，但获豁免遵守通函及独立股东批准的要求。公司董事会认为，该协议的条款及年度上限公平合理，有助于提升服务质量及效率。
