12月24日，阿斯利康和第一三共已自愿撤回在欧盟提交的datopotamab deruxtecan（ Dato-DXd ，德曲妥珠单抗）用于治疗局部晚期或转移性非鳞状非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）成人患者的上市许可申请（MAA）。
此次撤回MAA的决定是基于欧洲药品管理局（EMA）人用药品委员会（CHMP）的反馈得出的。
此前，两家公司通过上市许可申请寻求欧盟批准该抗体-药物偶联物用于治疗局部晚期或转移性非鳞状非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的成年人。
根据 3 月份的数据显示，该 MAA 基于两家公司的 TROPION-Lung01 第 3 阶段试验的数据，该试验达到了无进展生存期的主要终点，但未能达到具有统计学显著效果的总体生存期的双重主要终点。
11 月，阿斯利康和第一制药撤回了 Dato-DXd 在 NSCLC 中的美国营销申请，而是寻求 FDA 加速批准该产品用于 EGFR 突变 NSCLC。
