智通财经APP获悉，华电国际(01071)午后涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.39%，报4.04港元，成交额8081.63万港元。
消息面上，华电国际此前公告，拟收购控股股东华电集团旗下的8家火电公司，交易对价共计71.66亿元。根据华电国际的公告，本次拟注入标的资产合计在运装机规模约为1597.28万千瓦，占公司现有控股装机规模5881.53万千瓦的比例为27.16%。长江证券此前指出，华电国际作为大型火电央企之一，较高的基数下不容易兑现高成长，但集团火电资产的注入也助力华电国际拥有了较高的成长预期。
该行指出，煤电容量电价改革实现突破，将打消远期新能源持续上量导致的煤电利用小时下降的担忧，公司作为以煤电为主力的上市公司将深度受益；参股华电新能，华电新能为华电集团全集团之力打造的新能源资产整合平台，预计十四五将步入快速发展期；电力供需趋紧背景下全国电价显著上浮，将利好公司业绩持续改善。
