12月23日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局近日发布批复，同意新希望化工投资有限公司自批复之日起六个月内通过二级市场增持民生银行不超过68，000，000股股份。增持后，新希望化工投资有限公司及其一致行动人合计持有民生银行不超过2，239，504，689股股份，持股比例不超过5.12%。
