本次交易以徽商银行2023年12月31日净资产评估值为定价参考依据，公司持有徽商银行4,030.95万股股权将以1.56亿元公开挂牌转让，具体交易价格将按公开挂牌竞价结果确定。如本次股权转让交易完成，公司将不再持有徽商银行股权。徽商银行系公司参股企业，公司直接持有其4,030.95万股股权，占比0.29%。
