长实集团(01113)旗下香港仔黄竹坑站港岛南岸Blue Coast II，本月至今(22日)暂售17伙，包括10伙两房及7伙三房单位，其中涉及一组大手买家连购5伙两房单位。该期数项目自今年10月开售至今累售280伙，套现逾36亿元，连同第1期计，该系列项目现已售出851伙，套现144亿，属今年全新单一项目套现之冠。

 

适逢佳节将至，发展商是日于项目售楼处举办圣诞工作坊，吸引不少家庭客前来参加制作圣诞树摆设。直到明年1月1日的周末及公众假期期间，发展商均会聘请专业导师，现场教授参观人士DIY圣诞树摆设和圣诞装饰、及具新年元素的沙画蜡烛和艺术流体挂饰。另外，由即日起参观项目示范单位，可获赠“圣诞/新年造型曲奇”，数量有限，先到先得。
