金吾财讯 | 长江基建集团(01038)股价发力，截至发稿，涨3.04%，报55.85港元，成交额5445万港元。消息面上，大和发研报指，英国水务监管局(Ofwat)19日宣布，容许水务公司准许回报率由3.72%，进一步上调至4.02%，同时准许到2030年水费平均上调36%(每年加6%)。该行形容有关决定属正面惊喜。该行表示，长建是在香港公用事业股中，唯一一间于2024至26年度每股派息按年增长的公司，而且美联储亦可能放缓降息，所以将其评级由“跑赢大市”调升至“买入”，续予目标价63港元。里昂发研报指，长建作为全球知名的基建投资企业，拥有强劲的自由现金流及较低资产负债比率，相信该公司除了可为投资者提供稳定回报外，其资产基础亦能带来强劲内生增长动能，预期长建位于英国及澳洲的资产未来将受资本开支加快增长的带动而持续录得结构性增长。
此外，评级机构惠誉确认长江基建发行人违约评级(IDR)及高级无担保评级为“A-”，展望为稳定，反映公司在谨慎策略及强劲执行力的支持下，展现出良好的营运及财务韧性。
