Metro Performance Glass' (NZE:MPG, ASX:MPP) bank syndicate agreed to extend the maturity date of the company's loan facilities to July 31, 2025, according to a Monday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
The extension is based on directors' previously disclosed plans to roll out a rights offer in the June quarter of 2025, the filing said.
