智通财经APP获悉，北控水务(00371)再涨超3%，截至发稿，涨2.52%，报2.44港元，成交额1546.42万港元。
华泰证券发布研报称，北控水务坚持轻资产转型，上半年自由现金流净额3,700万元人民币，按年计由负转正。虽短期回款或有一定压力，但水务营运回款与政府财政支付能力息息相关，未来有望受惠于化债政策带来的现金流改善。在稳定派息政策下，股息率达6.6%，具有吸引力。
该行认为，在化债政策及使用者付费趋势下，公司未来现金流可望进一步增长，为回报股东奠定坚实基础。不过由于公司短期回款压力带来的减值风险，预期公司2024至2026年归母净利分别为18.76、21.19及22.93亿元人民币，较前值分别下跌6.34、8.35及8.55%，对应每股盈利分别为0.19、0.21及0.23元人民币。
