　　腾盛博药-B（02137）早盘上涨10.59%，现报0.94港元，成交额171.29万港元。

　　腾盛博药公布，董事有意根据股东于今年6月25日通过的决议案，授予董事的一般授权行使其权力，以购回不超过于今年6月25日的已发行股份总数10%的腾盛博药股份。考虑到公司股价现时处于业绩、资产价值及业务前景被低估的水平，董事会于12月20日决议动用购回授权，不时因应市况于公开市场积极推行场内股份购回计划。根据该股份购回计划，用于购回股份的资金总额不超过6000万港元，股份购回计划的期限自本公告日期起至公司于2025年举行下届股东周年大会之日止。
