新浪科技讯 12月23日上午消息，有媒体报道，近日有消费者发视频报料，在瑞幸咖啡中喝出“小强”（蟑螂）。

　　据报道内容，涉事瑞幸门店为合肥北城世纪金源写字楼店。消费者称，瑞幸以下单时间和发现蟑螂中间时间太长为由不承认是其造成。其后，消费者拒绝了瑞幸客服提供的订单款项原路返回以及赠送优惠券的方案，并向当地12315进行了投诉。

　　对此消息，瑞幸官方暂无回应。瑞幸客服则表示，反馈的问题会有专人进行核查回复。
