金吾财讯 | 摩根士丹利发研报指，预测由于金界控股(03918)的增长前景疲软及俄罗斯业务减值影响悬而未决，今年第四季及下半年EBITDA将按年下跌9%，至分别7,300万美元及1.38亿美元，维持“与大市同步”评级。大摩并将今明两年EBITDA预测分别下调42%和24%，至1.93亿及3.02亿美元，当中计及第二季度的一次性费用影响，目前预测较市场普遍预期低约8%至9%。相应地，该行亦将金界的目标价由原先3.25港元下调至2.75港元。
该行表示，公司已恢复至净现金状况，展望明年金界可能恢复派息，届时股息回报率或达到约7%。
