【本田与日产据悉将率先磋商合并 三菱汽车或明年年初再做决定】金十数据12月22日讯，据悉，本田和日产汽车23日起将正式启动经营合并磋商，三菱汽车则在协调于明年年初决定是否参与合并，弄清以何种方式进入持股公司等条件。三家公司社长23日将向日本经济产业省和国土交通省汇报，然后召开记者会正式发布消息。据悉，在本田和日产的经营合并磋商中，双方将探讨在彼此工厂相互生产汽车的方式，探讨由本田向在美国缺乏畅销车型的日产供应混动车的方案。两家公司计划在广泛领域展开合作，但本田提出把日产业绩“V型复苏”作为合并的条件。
