IT之家 12 月 22 日消息，据《财富》杂志报道，虽然戴尔公司高层最近承认，客户未能像预期那样迅速转向新一代 AI PC，投资者为此感到失望，但戴尔创始人兼 CEO 迈克尔・戴尔表示，自己并不为此感到担忧。

“我已经不止一次经历过这样的情况了，产品更新通常会被低估，有时进展稍微快一点，有时则较慢。”他承认目前企业客户更新个人电脑的进度“确实有所延迟”。但他同时认为，这并不是是否购买新电脑的问题，而是何时推出足够的新特性和功能的问题。

他认为：“我们的目标是在每一次更新中加入足够的新功能，让足够多的用户说，‘现在是时候了。’”对于那些负责大公司 PC 采购的高管来说，他更称不采用 AI PC 将是“错误的选择”，更称自家客户对此“没有任何怀疑。”

在 AI 领域，戴尔在基础设施解决方案方面的表现要远超 PC，其 AI 服务器的销售帮助公司上个季度实现了 80% 的收入增长。例如，戴尔正在与埃隆・马斯克的 xAI 合作，提供支持上万个英伟达 AI 芯片的服务器，助力其在孟菲斯的 Colossus 超级计算机项目。报道称，无论是 AI 数据中心还是 AI PC，所有这些最终都离不开数据、计算和网络，而这正是戴尔的“强项”所在。

据IT之家此前报道，戴尔预计截至明年 2 月份的季度营收约为 245 亿美元，低于分析师平均预期的 254 亿美元。调整后每股收益预计为 2.40 美元至 2.60 美元，也低于市场平均预期的 2.66 美元。
