Strawberry Fields REIT (STRW) said Friday that it has acquired eight healthcare facilities in Missouri for $87.5 million.
The facilities, comprised of 1,111 beds, are leased to a group of third-party tenants under a master lease agreement, with annual rents of $8.9 million on a triple net basis, the company said.
