消息面上，生态环境部近日公布2025年制冷剂配额核发情况。申万宏源指出，2025年二代制冷剂配额核发情况符合预期，三代整体略超预期。配额增发是行业景气的体现，在国际公约大框架下，制冷剂长期逻辑仍存，政策的制定锚定供需而非价格，看好制冷剂内外贸价格继续共振上行。
华泰证券认为，供需共振下24年以来二代/三代制冷剂整体步入景气，外贸价格亦逐步上行。考虑到25年R22配额大幅削减而HFCs配额延续偏紧趋势，有望持续支撑行业盈利。中长期而言，由于配额制下制冷剂供给侧面临强约束，叠加空调/汽车以及出口需求支撑，该行认为行业盈利有望保持改善趋势。德邦证券认为，外需强劲内需向好，看好制冷剂景气延续。建议关注东岳集团等。
