智通财经APP获悉，腾盛博药-B(02137)涨超9%，截至发稿，涨9.41%，报0.93港元，成交额86.9万港元。
消息面上，腾盛博药公布，董事有意根据股东于今年6月25日通过的决议案，授予董事的一般授权行使其权力，以购回不超过于今年6月25日的已发行股份总数10%的腾盛博药股份。考虑到公司股价现时处于业绩、资产价值及业务前景被低估的水平，董事会于12月20日决议动用购回授权，不时因应市况于公开市场积极推行场内股份购回计划。根据该股份购回计划，用于购回股份的资金总额不超过6000万港元，股份购回计划的期限自本公告日期起至公司于2025年举行下届股东周年大会之日止。
同时，董事会主席Zhi Hong博士已于较早前获得董事会批准购入不超过200万股股份。截至公告日期，Hong博士已购入49.95万股股份。于公告日期，Hong博士于4129.78万股股份中拥有证券及期货条例第XV部所界定的权益或被视为于其中拥有权益，占已发行股份总数约5.65%。鉴于彼对公司前景及未来潜力充满信心，彼计划于批准的限额内进一步增持公司股权。
