　　中国重汽发布公告，集团董事会接获中国重型汽车集团有限公司（中国重汽，公司间接控股股东）通知，于2024年12月20日，中国重汽与中国重汽（维尔京群岛）有限公司（为中国重汽的全资附属公司及公司51%已发行股本的直接持有人）订立有条件股份转让协议，内容有关中国重汽（维尔京群岛）无偿向中国重汽转让公司51%已发行股本。

　　近日，中国重汽发布投资者关系活动记录表公告，目前，公司的总体产销情况与去年同期相比依然保持增长态势。同时，公司的产品借助重汽国际公司实现出口且占总体销量近五成。进入四季度特别是11月份，公司重卡的国内销量环比呈现较好的增长态势且好于行业水平。
