海峡石油化工(00852.HK) 公布，上周五(20日)获执行董事姚国梁告知，彼已就香港的法律诉讼提交另一份誓章。
公告引述姚国梁的提供资料指，该公司一名前经理伪造姚国梁的签名，据称该名前经理于关键时间实际上为执行董事王健生的私人助理。上述伪造姚国梁签名的事件涉及有关FWI唯一银行账户的文件；姚国梁已就该事件向警方报案，目前正以该名前员工及王先生作为嫌疑人进行调查；姚国梁无法访问及使用该银行账户，及已指示其律师要求相关银行提供所有据称包含其签名的文件副本；以及于上述伪造事件后，王健生及其儿子王鹏为姚国梁所知唯一能够访问及使用该银行账户的两名人士。
海峡石油化工早前发公告指，姚国梁已于香港及英属处女群岛对FWI、王健生、Sino Century及夏永玲提起法律诉讼。原因是其在未经其批准的情况下，其遭不恰当罢免了其在FWI的董事职务，而夏永玲获委任为FWI董事以取代其职务。(js/w)
