智通财经APP讯，中国重汽(03808)发布公告，有关自公司间接控股股东中国重型汽车集团有限公司(中国重汽)接获的通知，于2024年12月20日，中国重汽与中国重汽(维尔京群岛)有限公司(中国重汽的全资附属公司及公司51%已发行股本的直接持有人)订立有条件股份转让协议，内容有关中国重汽(维尔京群岛)有限公司无偿向中国重汽转让公司51%已发行股本。
董事会已接获中国重汽的进一步通知，中国重汽(维尔京群岛)与中国重汽之间的转让股份转让已于2024年12月24日完成。因此，自2024年12月24日起，中国重汽(维尔京群岛)不再持有公司任何权益，而中国重汽成为转让股份的直接持有人。鉴于中国重汽继续为公司的控股股东，董事会认为，完成转让股份转让不会对集团的财务状况及营运造成任何重大影响。
