Yuexiu Property (HKG:0123) through its subsidiary Guangzhou Xinxiu Property Development won the bid for a land parcel in Daganwei, Industrial Avenue South, Haizhu District, Guangzhou for 2.02 billion yuan by way of open tender, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The land parcel has a total site area of 15,489 square meters and a total planned gross floor area of 93,827 square meters, of which the plot ratio accountable gross floor area amounts to 60,398 square meters.
