智通财经APP获悉，中国重汽(03808)涨超5%，截至发稿，涨4.93%，报23.4港元，成交额635.32万港元。
消息面上，中国重汽发布公告，集团董事会接获中国重型汽车集团有限公司(中国重汽，公司间接控股股东)通知，于2024年12月20日，中国重汽与中国重汽(维尔京群岛)有限公司(为中国重汽的全资附属公司及公司51%已发行股本的直接持有人)订立有条件股份转让协议，内容有关中国重汽(维尔京群岛)无偿向中国重汽转让公司51%已发行股本。
根据通知，上述转让股份转让须待若干条件达成后，方告完成，其中包括中国重汽已根据香港公司收购、合并及股份回购守则取得香港证券及期货事务监察委员会的豁免，豁免中国重汽履行收购守则规则26.1项下的强制性全面要约义务。
此外，近日，中国重汽发布投资者关系活动记录表公告，目前，公司的总体产销情况与去年同期相比依然保持增长态势。同时，公司的产品借助重汽国际公司实现出口且占总体销量近五成。进入四季度特别是11月份，公司重卡的国内销量环比呈现较好的增长态势且好于行业水平。
