智通财经APP获悉，长江基建集团(01038)早盘涨近4%，截至发稿，涨3.51%，报56.1港元，报8829.13万港元。
消息面上，近日有报道称，长江集团拟收购英国泰晤士水务。长江基建集团发言人表示不评论有关报道，但表示一直以来对任何有利公司发展及增进股东回报的机会，均会作出研究。发言人引用长建中期业绩报告提及，集团财务根基持续稳健雄厚，至6月底持有现金92亿港元，净负债比率处于9.8%的健康水平，为集团提供财务灵活性，以应对市场各种不明朗因素，并为新收购机遇提供支持。
此外，12月19日，英国水务监管局(Ofwat)宣布，容许水务公司准许回报率由3.72%，进一步上调至4.02%，同时准许到2030年水费平均上调36%(每年加6%)。大和表示，有关决定属正面惊喜。考虑到市场认为泰晤士水务是集团的潜在并购候选者，该行认为PR24的决定加大了潜力。
