智通财经APP讯，亚博科技控股(08279)发布公告，于2024年12月24日，mFinance(公司的间接全资附属公司)与蚂蚁银行(澳门)、支付宝(澳门)控股及支付宝(澳门)投资订立增资协议，mFinance有条件同意认购，及蚂蚁银行(澳门)有条件同意以每股普通股100澳门币(相当于97港元)的价格发行36.05万股蚂蚁银行(澳门)普通股。
mFinance、支付宝(澳门)控股及支付宝(澳门)投资在增资后于蚂蚁银行(澳门)持有的股权百分比将维持不变，分别约为51.5%、24.3%及24.2%。
董事会相信，增资将使集团得以维持其于蚂蚁银行(澳门)的股权，并使该银行符合澳门持牌银行的最低自有资金规定，从而确保蚂蚁银行(澳门)拥有更稳健的财务基础及支持其未来业务发展。
