12月24日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局上海监管局行政处罚信息公开表显示，华侨银行有限公司因转嫁成本、存贷挂钩、同业业务未实行专营管理，被罚款180万元。陆欣玥（时任原华侨永亨银行（中国）有限公司企业银行部不动产业务部总经理）因转嫁成本，受到警告并被罚款5万元。
