大众汽车与劳工领袖达成协议，将削减同名品牌的产能，同时避免关闭工厂。这为长达三个月的激烈谈判画上句点，并防止了进一步的工会罢工。

　　工会周五表示，大众汽车同意在2030年之前维持该品牌在德国10家工厂的运营，并恢复就业保障协议。作为交换条件，工人们同意放弃部分奖金、减少获得正式员工资格的受训人员数量，并在5个工厂削减数十万辆的产能。

　　这些经过五轮谈判敲定的措施与大众汽车最初提出的大幅节省开支相去甚远。工会领袖强烈反对裁员数千人、削减月薪并关闭三家德国工厂以提高大众汽车品牌竞争力的计划。

　　不过，管理层说服了工会领袖将高尔夫掀背车的生产从德国沃尔夫斯堡工厂转移到墨西哥，并削减茨维考电动汽车工厂的产能。

　　此番协议为大众汽车首席执行官Oliver Blume扭转这家欧洲最大汽车制造商的颓势带来新开端。
